Registration Instructions

Step 1: Select Season and Registration Type

Select the upcoming season

Check Player and/or Coach/Admin registration
- If you are going to volunteer as a coach, assistant coach or board member, you must complete registration.
- Player and Coach Registration can be completed at the same time by checking both boxes.
- The parent registering to coach must be assigned as the "primary" adult on the family account.
- If, during your registration process, the system states that you are already registered, you can accept your registration as complete.

Step 2: Login

First Time Club Registration
- Select "Create New Account"

Returning Users
- Login using your Affinity Sports credentials used in previous season(s). Forgot Username or Password? can be used to help assist with login issues. Please contact Affinity Customer Service directly at (800) 808-7195 if you experience further login problems.

*The system will automatically calculate your childs age group based on their birth year.

Club Admin and above can edit instruction. 
Only Use  EDIT | NEXT |PREVIOUS   to setup all instructions on all pages. 
When editing instruction, please don't click or change other sections on the page.

If you are registering multiple members of a single family for this season, 
some of the family are players, some of the family are team admins or 
volunteers, then check all applicable registration type checkboxes here. 
If a registration type checkbox is not available, this is because it is 
closed for that registration type.
